I first made contact with Carrie when searching the Holly Michigan area for a home, having just received a contract on my home in Texas. She immediately reached out tome to discuss the detils of my search and began exploring possibilities in the immediate area. Amazingly she found a perfect home and the bidding commenced, we managed to enter into a tie with another realtors customers and unfortunately the seller chose the other offer. Carrie resumed her search and found another home not too far away and again the bidding war commenced. This one got a litle too high it seemed for the residence and we exited the process. On went the search. We werre in constant contact speaking on the phoen daily and many days more than a couple of calls exchanged.She was relentless in her search. Inthe meantmie I had travelled out of state to visit relatives and was on my way back when I got a call from Carrie. Apparently there had been an issue arfising with the winning bidders on the first property and the listing agent had reached out to her to find out if I was still interested.. without hesitation she called me, she may have waited 30 seconds to place tghe call after speaking to the agent and my response was in about the same time frame. Yes I wanted the house. Within 24 hours we were under contract. In te meantime the purchaser of my home in Texas was dragging his feet getting the process to the title company. Carrie got on the phone and again in her relentless but diplomatic style kept the pressure on until the process finally found its way to the title company and underwriting and on the wasy to closure. She arranged for the title company to title company transfer of funds to eliminate delay and make for a smooth transaction. Not just a realtor, a caring and personal professional, not afraid to go the extra distance in order to not make the sale, but assure the interests and desires of her client. The professional approach ws truly over the top, but the personal approach was beyond all expectations. To say she was appreciated would be an understatement. Thanks for all you have done Bill
