Lake Shannon is a private all sports lake community located west of US-23 and north of M-59 between Ann Arbor and Flint where you can water ski,
wakeboard, fish, swim or just enjoy a pontoon boat ride around the lake. There is an active association and sportsmen club which sponsor many events
throughout the year. Activities include lobster roast, champagne breakfast, soapbox derby, float up movies, family picnic, 80's party, and many many
more. Enjoy running, walking, or biking on the newly paved road around the lake. This lot is among the very few buildable lots left in the association.
